To keep your mind sharp, tackle a puzzle or word search, play a board game or a game of cards. Eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean meat and fish, and most importantly, stay connected with friends and family. There are many community and religious organizations that offer senior citizen activities and events.
